Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Please allow 2-5 business days to prepare your order for shipping to ensure the safest transport possible. Your original art will be in direct contact with acid-free paper, surrounded by additional packaging. I reuse and recycle packing material when possible.  Shipping within the 48 continental US states.

Note: Shipping is not available on Wall Art or Vases during winter months as freezing temperatures can shatter or damage the ArtResin or varnish finish. Local pick-up only during winter.
*Shipping is available on jewelry year-round.

Returns

I do accept returns, although I would like to avoid this as much as possible.  Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have questions or doubts about a piece.  It is my pleasure to provide information, more photos, or a video of any piece in my shop to showcase different angles and/or lighting; please reach out vtfluidart@gmail.com!

Refunds

If the item is returned in original condition, the buyer will receive a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damage during shipping

Please photograph the parcel immediately and contact me at vermontfluidart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery if any damage occurs during shipping.
